Meeting Topic: Building on the theme for this year of DEI+B, today we took a deep dive into I for Inclusion. The event included a presentation from two DEI champions at local credit unions followed by small group breakout sessions to discuss more focused topics such as inclusion gaps related to age, gender, unconscious biases, and cultural awareness.
