I think Sandberg makes some really valid points for those who are truly interested in career building.  She didn't start at the top and I think that there are a lot of us who have likely struggled with childcare costs and balancing guilty mom syndrome with career woman mentality.  I have often felt that I was dealing with a house of cards and just praying no one would shake the table or it would all come crumbling down.  But I was determined and am still determined to make my family and career work.  I love that she says what she thinks and gets women thinking!
