I am still giggling over this list.  Your thought of effective and ineffective leadership skills is the way to go.  Working in a mainly male environment(General Motors Foundry) I was taught if you do the Job right,you gain the respect.  I held an elected position in  my local union for over 20 years. I learned alot in those years.  I have carried those skills over to the Board table.  Maybe we as persons should make our own lists???  This would be very interesting!!!  Thanks Sarah :-)
