Sister Society Monthly Forum: Beyond Differences: Leadership Conversations on Shared Values and Purpose
31 March 2026 | 1 Comments |On January 16, 2026, we held our first monthly forum for 2026. There were 13 Sister Society members in attendance. The most impactful lesson is that shared values serve as a potent catalyst for restoring trust and fostering connection, effectively creating a platform for people to reconnect even when their immediate priorities or opinions diverge. By returning to the foundational "why"—what everyone fundamentally cares about—it becomes significantly easier to identify common ground and collaboratively advance. In an era marked by increasing division, the narrative emphasizes that true leadership lies in deliberately choosing the role of a bridge-builder, actively working to unite people rather than contributing to further separation. This approach suggests that focusing on core, universal values is the key to navigating differences and achieving unified progress. https://www.facebook.com/share/1EGC8HVAGS/
