Am I an over achiever like Sandberg? Nope.  Am I a multi-millionaire? Not even close, but am I a working women?  Absolutely.  That's really all you need to be to get benefit from this book and I'd even say that women who are looking to work can glean some excellent points.  Many of her detractors bring up issues such as single mothers, and childcare costs but Sandberg talks about them in her book and offers advice to all women, from all walks of life. 

On Sandbergs new site LeanIn.org it suggests setting up small groups  to meet and discuss different issues that women face.  There is even a kit you can use.  I think I'd be interested in seeing how this could be implemented within our organization.

 Overall, I thought it was a terrific read and I recommend it!
